1. Check Before Receiving

All STYRISK orders are available through Cash on Delivery. You can check the product at the time of delivery before accepting it. If you do not like the product or are not satisfied after checking, you may return it immediately to the delivery person.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you face any issue with your product after receiving it, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Note: Return or exchange requests should be made as soon as possible after receiving the product.

3. Exchanges

If you receive the product but do not like it, you may contact us immediately and request an exchange. You can choose another available STYRISK product, subject to product availability and applicable conditions.

4. Refunds

As all STYRISK orders are Cash on Delivery and products can be checked before acceptance, refunds are generally not applicable after the product has been accepted.

If a refund is applicable due to a verified issue, our support team will guide you through the refund process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged, scratched, altered, or improperly handled after receiving them may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Products affected by water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, or improper care may also be excluded from our return or exchange policy.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with your order details and clear photos or videos.

After verification, STYRISK will arrange a suitable replacement or exchange.
